What if you suddenly don't have access to a fully equipped gym anymore? Of course, that does NOT have to be an excuse to skip your workouts. "No Weights Home Workout" provides the solution for you to keep grinding it!

I want to help you to establish a new workout routine from home. Now that you ONLY have your body and limited resources/ equipment to train, following a rational and science-based approach to exercise is KEY in seeing progress. I want to teach you how to use your body weight efficiently and make your workouts intensely challenging without any machines and weights. The goal is to maintain your body in a strong and functional state.


What you will need to execute this program:

- 1 set of resistance bands (usually comes with 5 levels of strength, handles, anchor)

- 1 set resistance loop bands (usually comes with 6 levels of strength)

- 15/35lbs resistance band pullup (optional) or stronger bands are useful too

The No Weights Home Workout has a combination of 4 different full-body workouts designed to help keep you functional, lean, and muscular. This routine can be done by both men and women, who want to see results.

Bodyweight training is highly underestimated in regards to improving body composition and general health/wellbeing. As long as your workouts are intense, and you are able to exert a minimum amount of effort, your body will receive enough stimulus to adapt. 

The program is simple to follow but is not easy. Here is what is included:

Explanatory videos of each exercise

New exercise techniques to increase the intensity

4 different workout plans for different levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Master)

Up to 8 weeks of periodization

30 minutes consultation call with Luca
